About

The Page Version Metadata Macro keeps users informed about the current version of the page, showing details such as the version number, status, date (in various formats), and the author's name or account ID. Customize date format, choose between 12 or 24-hour clocks, set your timezone, and add a context label for better clarity.

Values

  • Version Number: The current version number of the page.

  • Status: The status of the page's version (e.g., published, draft).

  • Date: The date of the version's creation. This can be displayed in date format, UTC, or a friendly format.

  • Author Name/Account ID: The name or account ID of the user who created this version of the page.

Options

  • Add Context Label: This option allows you to add a label that describes the context of the displayed metadata.

  • Timezone: You can select the timezone for the date display.

  • Custom Format: This allows you to choose your preferred date display format.

  • 12h or 24h clock: Choose whether to display the time in a 12-hour or 24-hour format.

Usage Instructions

  1. Edit the page where you want to add the macro.

  2. Click on the "Insert More Content" button, then select "Other macros."

  3. Type "Page Version Metadata Macro" in the search box and select it.

  4. Choose the desired values and options.

  5. Click on "Insert" to add the macro to your page.
