Q: Why can't I use the app in edit mode?
A: Unfortunately, the "Count for Confluence" app cannot be used in edit mode due to Once this feature limitations in the Atlassian Platform, which was used to build this app. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. As soon as this will be possible, it will be the first thing we'll implement!
Q: Can I count text on multiple pages at once?
A: No, the app only counts text on one page at a time. However, you can easily count text on multiple pages by navigating to each page and using the "Count text on page" feature.

A: When selecting text the line count can be inaccurate, especially when selecting text inside of macros, table or other formatting elements. Unfortunately, we are unable to detect these elements due to platform limitations. The line count should be inaccurate when selecting plain text outside of formatting elements or when using the page line count, for which we can detect the formatting elements and macros.
